WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We collect this data to complete and deliver your order and to give the best service possible.
We may also send follow up emails and feedback requests once the work is complete.
Samples of your wedding invites will be kept and may be photographed to be used for our website, including using them for social media and displaying them at wedding fairs. We will not use anything with your home address or email address on. If you would prefer we didn’t use your wedding samples please let us know by email at info@theoldmarketprintingco.com.
We will share the necessary personal data such as your name, shipping address and telephone number with our 3rd party delivery couriers in order to deliver your goods.

MARKETING EMAILS

If you have signed up to receive our newsletters you will receive promotional emails about new products, special offers or studio news that we think you may find interesting using the email address you provided. You can opt to stop receiving these emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. 
We use mail chimp to send our newsletters, your personal data is kept secure by them.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will keep your personal data safe and secure for 12 months after your wedding date. Once the 12 moths has passed we will delete any information we have on record for you, including any guest lists, addresses and wedding details. 
Emails will also be deleted. 
Invoices which include your name will be kept for 7 years for tax purposes. 

YOUR RIGHTS

If you have previously signed up to receive our newsletter you can un-subscribe at any time using the link in the email.
You have the right to request for your personal data to be deleted at any time.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
